Dr. Holloway has been helpful to my progress in my mental health journey, providing every day ways to help me have healthy relationships and take care of myself as I take care of others.
It’s my first time trying therapy and I was really nervous at the start. After my first session I gained new perspective, and started thinking more about the issues I was having.
I've only met with Dr. Holloway. His style is to offer solutions promptly. I'm not always able to execute them but I try and he sends constant reminders so that I don't forget.
