The Anxiety Recovery Centre Victoria (ARCVic) is a state-wide, specialist mental health organisation, providing support, recovery and educational services to people and families living with anxiety disorders. ARCVic aims to support and equip people with knowledge and skills that will build resilience and recovery and reduce the impact of anxiety disorders. ARCVic provides services to people living with anxiety disorders through a combination of qualified professionals, staff and carefully trained volunteers including people with the lived experience. ARVic provides education, training and consultation services to primary care and mental health professionals and agencies. ARCVic is a charitable, non-profit organisation, funded by the Department of Human Services and supported by membership, donations and sponsorships.
Counselling for adults including individual, couples and/or family counselling. It is an inclusive service, so all are welcome.

Face to face counselling can be provided in Victoria but we can provide telehealth and online counselling anywhere in Australia or remote areas of Victoria.
ARCVic’s counselling service is provided by a registered counsellor and is not subsidised by Medicare. However, the number of sessions you can see the counsellor is unlimited (unlike medicare subsidised counselling which is limited to 10 sessions over a year) and the session is an hour not 50 mins. The service also specialises in Anxiety and the delivery mode is responsive to individual needs.-
Counselling services are full fee: $130 or for Arcvic Members: $110
