Assessment
Our experienced therapists meet with you to complete a comprehensive assessment to see what services work best for you. The assessment helps develop the recovery plan and acts as a guide so we are working together to benefit you.
Therapy
We believe therapy works. Our clinicians are trained in a multitude of therapy strategies to best fit your needs. We will schedule appointments in accordance with your goals. We believe therapy works best with consistent sessions that resolve current issues and help you continue through your life as successfully as possible.
Psychiatry Services
Individual circumstances may require psychotropic medication assessment and treatment. These services occur together with therapy services and aren’t standalone services. At New Vista, we believe strongly in prescribing medication on a limited basis and only as a part of therapy.
Primary Care
We’ve expanded to offer primary care to our clients. We provide health screenings to provide both mental and physical health care. We believe all clients have a right to integrated, high-quality care that helps with all of their health care needs.
Care Coordination
We coordinate with other healthcare providers to make sure you have safe and effective care at the right time and in the right place. It means you are getting the best mental and physical health care. Your Care Coordinator is someone you can rely on to know your medical history and plan for what you need today and in the future.
Case Management
We link you to the professional resources in your community that provide support for individuals with mental illness to live independently and sustain recovery.
Group Therapy
A group setting provides the opportunity for many therapy strategies. Individuals have the opportunity to engage with others who have similar circumstances. This creates an opportunity for a support network and learning skills to use in everyday life.
Specialty Services
Through psychiatry, housing support, Therapeutic Rehabilitation Program (TRP), supported employment, peer support and intensive outpatient programs, New Vista provides clients with serious mental illness a network of programs to meet the most difficult and complex challenges.
