FAMILY - Our therapists listen to and work closely with families through difficult times and everyday life. We provide families across the lifespan tools to navigate their intertwined relationships and the challenges they face.

INDIVIDUAL - We work with individuals as they face the challenges of life - whether they're dealing with relationship struggles, sexual or gender identity exploration, anxiety, depression or another issue. Individual therapy gives you the chance to see your challenges in a new light and make effective changes that work for you.

SPECIALIZED SERVICES - An effective approach for treating anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder and depression, CBT is a problem-focused, skills-based treatment intervention. It teaches adolescents to identify and modify unhelpful behavior and thinking patterns that may cause or increase anxiety and distress.

Fees and Payment

We are committed to helping regardless of the ability to pay. Through the Bette D. Harris Clinic located within each of our four locations, therapists-in-training provide services on a sliding fee scale. Our staff therapists provide ongoing supervision and regular consultation. In the most complex cases, we provide team therapy with both a student and experienced therapist working side-by-side.
