Services Offered

Integrated Counseling & Treatment Services - We offer our services to individuals (both youth and adult) and families in a safe and confidential setting. Our masters-level counselors have experience working with people from all backgrounds, and approach all clients with respect, kindness, and dignity. Counselors will work with you to set goals that are important to you, and will provide interventions and resources that support you along the way.

EFR's counselors have training and experience with a number of life issues, including:
- Depression, sadness, or grief
- Anxiety or panic
- Job stress
- Drug or alcohol use disorder
- Parent/child relationships
- Marital or couple relationships
- Divorce
- Concerns for a friend or family member
- Self-esteem struggles

- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counseling

- Student Assistance Program (SAP) Counseling - The SAP is designed to assist students, families, and schools in our partner districts to manage the impact a wide variety of personal and family problems can have on student behavior and achievement.

You can count on the SAP for guidance and support. Call the SAP for issues that interfere with your daily activities, happiness, family stability, or overall well-being. Some of the topics an SAP counselor can help you with include:
- School performance
- Stress
- Confusion
- Trouble with peers
- Alcohol & other drug problems
- Eating disorders
- Problem gambling concerns
- Dating and relationship issues
- Conflict, bullying, or violence
- Depression or suicidal thoughts
- Family concerns

Fees and Payment

EFR's standard counseling fee: $155 per 45-60-minute session
EFR's Integrated Treatment Group fee: $60 per 60-minute session


EFR accepts various forms of insurance (including Medicaid) and third party payers. If your health insurance does not cover EFR's services or if your services aren't eligible for health insurance or third party payment, your fee will be based on EFR's sliding fee scale, which considers your gross family income and the number of family members under the age of 17 in your household.
