Outpatient Service Wellmore Outpatient Service helps youth and families overcome a broad range of behavioral and emotional challenges. Evidence-Based Treatments In addition to our outpatient treatment services, Wellmore has teams dedicated to providing evidence-based interventions. These include: -Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) -TF-CBT is designed to decrease the symptoms which frequently interfere in the healthy functioning of a child who has experienced a significant trauma or loss. -Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) -DBT is designed to improve an individual's capacity to effectively manage his/her emotions and eliminate self-injurious/suicidal behavior. -Modular Approach to Therapy for Children (MATCH) MATCH combines 33 evidence-based procedures into a single, flexible system to treat childhood anxiety, depression, trauma, and conduct problems.
Psychiatric Services Our team of dedicated doctors and advanced practice psychiatric nurses can provide psychiatric evaluation, consultation and medication therapy to clients who might benefit from medication to enhance their treatment success.
Outpatient Services for Adults
Our Adult Outpatient Service provides substance abuse and co-occurring mental health treatment for individuals living and working in the community. Individuals with addiction problems are helped to learn to live without mind-altering substances through treatment, which increases coping skills and focuses on changed behavior.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides treatment services for those who struggle with co-occurring issues of substance abuse and mental health. It consists of 3 hours of treatment per day, up to 5 days per week, for individuals who require a concentrated treatment level, including: -Intensive Group Therapy -Educational Sessions -Individual Counseling (as warranted) -Anger Management -Risk Reduction -Family Involvement -Medication Management -Drug Testing -Relapse Prevention -Co-occuring substance abuse -Early Intervention -Women's & Men's Trauma Groups -Cognitive Behavioral Therapy -Young Adult Therapy Process Groups (Ages 18-24 years of age) -Mental Therapy Groups -Spanish Speaking Groups
Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (AIOP) Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (AIOP) is for ages 13 -18 with a primary substance abuse diagnosis. The program treats adolescents with co-occurring substance abuse and behavioral health disorders. This conÂÂsists of 3 hours of treatment per day, 3 days per week for adolescents who require this concentrated treatment level, including:
Outpatient Treatment The Adult Outpatient Program (AOP) offers a comprehensive network of services designed to address a client's experience of interruption in daily functioning. Outpatient services have been constructed to provide treatment and care for those who are living and working in the community. The approach to treatment includes a specialized, tiered and individualized referral process designed to be as accessible as possible for clients seeking treatment, and for collaborators involved in the referral and treatment process.
Fees and Payment
We strive to maintain a high degree of accessibility and quality at an affordable cost. We participate with most insurance companies including State Medicaid (HUSKY) and will work with insurance companies to best utilize any available insurance benefits.
For clients with no insurance coverage, we offer a reduced fee sliding scale based on income and household members.
For your convenience, we accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.

A community counseling agency is a group therapy practice that offers affordable mental health services. Most are independent non-profit agencies, state agencies, or publicly-funded agencies. A few may restrict who is eligible for services, so it is a good idea to check when you call.
Community counseling agencies are generally more affordable than other therapy providers, but how much more affordable they are will depend on whether you qualify for a discount or sliding scale fee (or if they accept your insurance). Many, but not all, have a policy that they won't turn away anyone due to inability to pay. You should ask about their fees when you first call.
Expect to talk to kind people who want to help you find the care you need. Most community agencies strive to connect you with a live person within 24 hours, if not immediately. If you're asked to hold or leave a message, don't give up; just leave a message and wait. You should hear back pretty quickly.
Most agencies try to set up an initial assessment appointment within a week (some do within 24 hours), though the waitlist to start therapy is usually longer—about a few weeks on average. If you're not eligible or if the agency is not right for you, it's usually still worth it to call or drop in, because staff are knowledgeable about local options and can often refer you to one.
