Mosaic Counseling Centers of East Texas exist to build a healthier community by uniting mind, body, and spirit through counseling, connection and community, honoring individual beliefs and practices.
We offer a variety of services to meet your individual concerns. Our therapists are experts in specific forms of therapy that are helpful for particular needs. Our Client Services Team will help you choose the best counselor for you.
ADULT THERAPY
Our integrated approach takes the whole person – mind, body, and spirit – into consideration to help you achieve insight, healing, growth, and lasting change. We are experts in skillfully helping people face a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship issues, PTSD, addiction, bipolar disorder and grief.
ADOLESCENT THERAPY
Adolescence is a time of rapid changes that can present unique challenges as friendships and big emotions begin to take center stage in a teen’s life. Counseling is a safe place for your teen to explore their thoughts, feelings, and beliefs about the world as they journey from childhood to adulthood.
CHILD THERAPY
Many of our therapists specialize in working with children. We offer a variety of therapies including play therapy, attachment therapy, and EMDR to meet the needs of our youngest clients. If your child is struggling, counseling is a wonderful place for them to heal, grow, and learn to express how they feel.
COUPLES COUNSELING
Whether your relationship is flourishing or flailing, our therapists can help you and your partner understand each other better, manage conflicts in healthier ways, communicate more effectively, and build a relationship that is rewarding and resilient.
PARENTS & FAMILY THERAPY
Whether you are dealing with a strong-willed child, a family member with an addiction, a major life transition, the loss of a loved one, or the complexities of a blended family; our therapists will pull up as many chairs as you need for the whole family to work through things together.
The Center is a non-profit and as such will be able to provide services to many in the community who would otherwise not be able to afford counseling.
