ART & PLAY THERAPY - Art and Play therapy is a non-threatening treatment that allows children to express their thoughts and feelings in ways best suited to their developmental level.

PARENT COACHING - Through Parent Coaching, we train and empower parents to manage challenges, shift behaviors, correct family dynamics and achieve their parenting goals.

COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY - Referred to as CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy focuses on how your thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes affect your feelings and behavior.

FAMILY SYSTEMS THERAPY - Through the use of Family Systems Therapy, we can help individuals resolve problems in the context of the family by enabling them to understand differentiation, triangulation, generational issues and other behavioral patterns.

TRAUMA FOCUSED THERAPY - Through Trauma Focused Therapy, our counselors assist individuals to develop skills designed help them cope with emotions, memories, and behaviors that are tied to trauma.

EXPOSURE THERAPY - Exposure Therapy is used with patients experiencing OCD or other phobias. Through the use of systematic techniques, a person is gradually exposed to the source of his/her anxiety in a safe environment.

DIALECTICAL BEHAVIOR THERAPY - Dialectical Behavior Therapy is treatment designed to help people regulate their emotions and thoughts by learning about triggers that lead to emotional reactivity.

ATTACHMENT-BASED THERAPY - The Attachment-based Therapy treatment is based on the four attachment styles and how they relate to one's current relationships.

SOLUTION-FOCUSED THERAPY - Solution-focused Therapy is a goal-oriented treatment that focuses on a person's present and future goals rather than on past experiences.

EMOTIONALLY FOCUSED THERAPY - Emotionally Focused Therapy is designed specifically for Couples. This is a treatment that helps to shift a couple's interactional patterns in order to foster greater bonding and more expanded emotional responses.
