Frontier Community Services is dedicated to helping people stay in their home and to remain active in their community. Originally founded by a group of parents who wanted more for their children with disabilities than sitting at home in front of the TV, Frontier Community Services has developed programs for infants and toddlers, for adults and for seniors. We provide a full array of services throughout a person's life span. We believe that people with disabilities can and should be valued members oftheir communityand we strive to make this a reality for everyindividual we serve.

Services Offered

Mental Health Services - For most of us choosing where we want to live and work is relatively easy, but for many adults experiencing mental illness it is a much more difficult task, couple that with a developmental disability or brain injury and the task is overwhelming.The nature of the person's illness and disability can make it difficult for him/her to find and maintain employment, secure housing and manage basic life skills like making a budget, filling out paper work and keeping appointments. Frontier Community Services (FCS) provides services for these folks that will help them be successful.

Fees and Payment

If you don't qualify for Medicaid or waiver services you may be able to receive some of the above services from the Community Developmental Disabilities grant.
