Inspired by Jewish values, Jewish Family Service of St. Paul (JFS) helps people from all backgrounds build on their strengths and meet life’s challenges. JFS is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that assists more than 4,300 people annually who face expected and unexpected circumstances in their lives.
What they share is a need for someone to help them navigate life’s challenges and difficulties, so they can remain healthy and safe as they work toward a better and more secure future.
Through our five interrelated areas of programming, we use a collaborative approach to meet the needs of our community supporting Holocaust survivors and Russian and Ukrainian immigrants; helping older clients stay in their homes; supporting neighbors who too easily fall through the cracks in government programs and health insurance; and encouraging connection through targeted programs like our Community Chaplain and Community Engagement Services.
JFS ensures no one is turned away due to economic circumstances.
One quick last question. Who was seeking counseling today?
Do you know the reason they are not accepting clients?
