Lakes Regional Community Center will ensure access to services and support that enriches the lives of the individuals and families we serve, and we will be the first choice of citizens for mental health and Intellectual and Developmental Disability services. Our highly qualified and experienced staff of psychiatrists, counselors, and nurses provides effective and compassionate behavioral health treatment to children, adolescents and adults. We specialize in providing effective counseling and psychiatric medication management to adults and children with mental health conditions.

Services Offered

Counseling - Dedicated Counselors collaborate with individuals offering individual, couples, family, or group counseling to address trauma, depression, anxiety, and other behavioral health challenges. Our counselors work with the individual towards their identified goals to obtain their optimized wellness and recovery.

Intentsive Outpatient Counseling - The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed to meet the needs of individuals who suffer from a substance use disorder and need more than weekly counseling, but don't need residential care. The program provides monitoring several times a week in a supportive group setting. Our Intensive Out Patient (IOP) Counseling includes individual and groups for 10 hours a week for 18 sessions.

This level of care is appropriate for those who have mild to moderate co-occurring mental health symptoms requiring monitoring and stabilization, those who are experiencing high stress life circumstances that make it more difficult to cope with urges and cravings to use substances, and those who have not been able to stabilize their substance use in a traditional outpatient setting.
