The Department of Human Services and Health Department provides confidential comprehensive mental health services and substance abuse services to county residents of all ages.
Outpatient Clinic
The Outpatient Clinic provides mental health and alcohol and drug abuse services to individuals of all ages.
The following services are included:
♦ Initial assessment to include a social history and diagnostic interview to determine services needs. Individual, couple, and family therapy.
♦ Psychiatric evaluation and medication management.
♦ Case management services.
♦ Assessment for inpatient mental health services such as psychiatric hospitalization with a need for stabilization of symptoms, adjustment of medications, and return to community safety is indicated.
♦ Alcohol and drug abuse treatment.
♦ Counseling for addiction or abuse.
♦ Assessment for contractual services such as medical detoxification and referral to halfway house/residential treatment.
Intoxicated Driver Program (OWI) Assessments:
♦ Total Cost $250.
♦ You must be a Dodge County resident.
♦ $100 deposit required when you schedule the appointment
♦ $150 due on the date of your appointment
♦ Schedule appointment in person or phone with credit card
♦ You have option to pay in full when you schedule the appointment
♦ Payments accepted: MasterCard, Discover, Visa, Money Order or Cash (small transaction fee applies when using credit card as payment)
Costs are covered by a variety of sources which may include Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance or an HMO, and patient fees, which may be on a sliding scale fee. This is determined through the billing department at the time of the first appointment. Patients who are covered under a medical plan that does not have a contractual arrangement with Dodge County Human Services, will be referred to their plan provider to determine the alternatives to being seen at this agency.
