Benton County provides community-based mental health services using a care team model to county residents who have a major mental illness.

Fees and Payment

Payment and Insurance Information

We welcome the insured, the uninsured, individuals with Medicare or Medicaid and those covered under the Oregon Health Plan. We will also help you determine eligibility and assistance for low-cost medical services if you have no insurance.

The Community Health Centers use a Sliding Fee Schedule so our patients can take advantage of discounted fees for services. The fee schedule determines uninsured patient payment responsibility based on gross family income. No one is turned away based on inability to pay.
