Centerstone is a not-for-profit health care organization dedicated to delivering care that changes people's lives. We provide mental health and substance use disorder treatment, education and support to communities in Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee and additionally offer individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities life skills development, employment and housing services.

Centerstone helps children, adolescents, adults, seniors and their families who suffer from a myriad of behavioral health challenges. We are one of the nation's largest behavioral healthcare organizations, and we provide a full range of mental health services, substance abuse treatment, intellectual and developmental disability services, housing, educational services and community supports for people of all ages.

We offer a multitude of programs that are designed to address the wide-range of emotional, behavioral, psychological and addiction issues that affect the individuals in our care. We have also created a number of educational outreach initiatives designed to provide young and old alike with a better understanding of behavioral healthcare. Fees and Payment

This practice serves all patients regardless of inability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered depending upon family size and income.
