Fees and Payment

Access to care is an important step in gaining access to services provided by Health Services, Inc. Appointments, fees and insurance coverage are explained upon your first visit. Payments are determined by house size and income. All insurance will be processed and patient is responsible for the remaining balance. A nominal fee is required before service is rendered.
