Dr. William Passavant in Zelienople, Pennsylvania, Glade Run has evolved over the years to meet the changing and increasingly challenging needs of children, adults and families throughout Western Pennsylvania and beyond. With a focus on education, mental health, autism, and unique therapeutic offerings, Glade Run has a long tradition of linking faith and service.

Services Offered

Outpatient Counseling - Focuses on providing individualized care to utilize various treatment methods to meet an individual's goals. Master's level therapists use a variety of methods that may include individual, couples, family or group therapy. On-site psychiatric services are also available for both evaluation and medicine management purposes. Outpatient counseling is offered in our Butler, Beaver Falls and Cranberry office sites.

School Based Mental Health - Helping children cope with the various stressors in life now teaches them long-term strategies to manage with even larger problems in the future. In addition, if your child is struggling in the school environment, we are able to help bridge the gap by emphasizing a team approach with your child, their Glade Run counselor, their educators and the community. Our goal is to help your child feel their best so they can be their best in all they do.

Therapeutic Classrooms - Therapeutic classrooms are offered in public and private schools, assisting teachers by placing therapists in the classrooms to focus on behavioral health issues of students. Essentially, the benefit of a therapeutic classroom for a child with mental health disabilities or autism is that it creates a friendly learning environment for them and their abilities. These students need a classroom that is set up in a therapeutic manner, meaning there is a lot of space and that it is multi-sensory. These students need multiple areas to utilize their learning and special tools and sensory items to get the best possible learning.
