Outpatient Counseling

Outpatient counseling allows a patient to receive treatment options and support within a much more free and open time schedule. While programs are structured, outpatient counseling is best for those stepping down from a higher level of care, seeking limited treatment options or testing out treatment for the first time.

Individual Therapy

• This one-on-one therapy allows patients to work through personal and emotional issues with a trained professional.

Group Therapy

• Psychotherapists work with multiple people at the same time in order to foster a feeling of community and help patients understand and trust that they are not alone.

Couples Therapy

• Couples therapy is a comfortable and safe space for couples to discuss their problems and issues without feeling the threat of judgment or anger while working on fixing those same issues.

Family Therapy

• Designed to help families resolve conflicts, family therapy can be a useful tool to improve communication.

Medication Evaluation and Management

• Many mental health issues require medical treatment. Medical evaluation will determine whether or not a patient is the right candidate for medicated treatment and medication management will assure that the patient receives the right treatment for them.

School-Based Treatment

• School is an important facet of every child and adolescent’s life, and treatment designed around school can be beneficial while not significantly interrupting the life of the patient.

Elder Services

• The mental health of older adults can often get overlooked, but our elder services are designed to put the patient first and get seniors the treatment that they need.

We accept various insurance and payment option such as Medicaid, State financed health insurance plan other than Medicaid, Medicare, Private health insurance, Cash or self-payment. We also offer a sliding fee scale program which is based on income and other factor. Arbour Counseling Services does not offer financial assistance.
