Youth and Family Outpatient Clinic (YFOPC) - Aliviane's Youth and Family Outpatient Clinic help's clients lead their life as emotionally and spiritually healthy as possible. We want to help young people between 13 to 17 years of age in need of substance use disorder treatment. Our Licensed Professionals offer children guidance and support to help them focus on positive ways to lead a healthy life. Our program offers flexible schedules and transportation to increase the likelihood of success in their recovery. If a client is dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, eating disorders, or a troubled family relationship; Aliviane is here to help assists the client in accessing services necessary for emotional stability. Our clinicians also provide appropriate counseling services for clients of all ages. Aliviane Youth and Family Outpatient Clinic is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
Adult Outpatient Treatment Center - Adult Outpatient Clinic offers life changing services to help clients reach long- term recovery. Our clinic helps clients identify behaviors that interfere with activities of daily living as well as behaviors that result in harmful effects like family distress, trouble at work, trouble with the law, and other areas of their life. Our outpatient clinic includes individual and group counseling which is targeted at providing clients the skills necessary to identify triggers and manage a healthy lifestyle. Our clinicians take a holistic and individualized approach to client care to help clients can live a healthy life. Aliviane Adult Outpatient Clinic is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF).
Residential Services - Aliviane's fully Licensed Women & Children's Residential Facility offers compassion and care for women seeking substance use disorder treatment in a structured female only setting. Our team of Licensed Professionals helps ease the journey to recovery in a safe and nurturing environment. As children accompany their mothers in this journey, they begin healing, thriving, excelling academically, and experience encouragement and hope for their family's future.
Opioid Treatment Center (Methadone Clinic) - Aliviane's Opioid Treatment Center provides a caring and professional environment where recovery is possible. Aliviane has been accredited for over 17 years by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). To facilitate higher functioning and relieve symptoms associated with addiction to opiates or other narcotics, we offer clients an Ambulatory Detoxification Program. We also offer the choice of Methadone, Buprenorphine, and Vivitrol for those individuals suffering from opiate/opioid use disorders and provide individual and group counseling as well as educational groups.
Aliviane's Recovery Support Services Program (RSS) - Serves individuals with a history of alcohol and/or drug use, including co-occurring mental health disorders, who are in or seeking long-term recovery, along with their family members, significant others and supportive allies. RSS offers peer to peer groups on Tuesdays and Thursdays and aims to increase the prevalence and quality of long-term recovery from substance use disorder by enhancing quality of life, and increased social contribution connection though sustained engagement in long-term recovery. RSS supports peer networks in the community through recovery oriented services that are holistic, culturally sensitive to the border community, and that integrate the four domains of recovery including health, home, purpose and community.
Intervention - Aliviane provides a myriad of intervention services that introduce techniques and methods to regain and/or maintain control over substance use and factors that may lead to substance use or misuse.
Fees and Payment
We accept both Medicaid and limited private insurance. We also offer the largest selection of state funded services and programs dealing with substance use related issues in West Texas. To qualify for our many state funded programs, you must be uninsured and meet certain income eligibility guidelines.
We also accept private pay clients.

A community counseling agency is a group therapy practice that offers affordable mental health services. Most are independent non-profit agencies, state agencies, or publicly-funded agencies. A few may restrict who is eligible for services, so it is a good idea to check when you call.
Community counseling agencies are generally more affordable than other therapy providers, but how much more affordable they are will depend on whether you qualify for a discount or sliding scale fee (or if they accept your insurance). Many, but not all, have a policy that they won't turn away anyone due to inability to pay. You should ask about their fees when you first call.
Expect to talk to kind people who want to help you find the care you need. Most community agencies strive to connect you with a live person within 24 hours, if not immediately. If you're asked to hold or leave a message, don't give up; just leave a message and wait. You should hear back pretty quickly.
Most agencies try to set up an initial assessment appointment within a week (some do within 24 hours), though the waitlist to start therapy is usually longer—about a few weeks on average. If you're not eligible or if the agency is not right for you, it's usually still worth it to call or drop in, because staff are knowledgeable about local options and can often refer you to one.
