The Family Development Association in the Northern Borders Region (Olfa) is an official association affiliated to the Ministry of Social Affairs and registered in the charities registry under No. (648). It is concerned with the entire family home by playing an awareness and educational role and providing consultations and training programs on the family and marriage in possible ways.
The association seeks to be the effective family institution in the society of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in general and in the city of Arar in particular, to achieve intimacy, happiness, and success for all family members by instilling legal concepts and values based on objectivity and transparency and providing scientific and practical solutions to social, psychological, educational and legitimate problems to reach a reassuring family and an effective society .
