The Jordanian National Commission for Women, chaired by Princess Basma bint Talal; The reference concerned with women's issues and activities in the government sector, and represents Jordan in all local, regional and international bodies, conferences and meetings related to women's affairs.
The mission of the Committee is to promote the perspective of gender equality in all fields and to narrow the gap between official recognition of women's rights, as stipulated in legislation, and actual society's attitudes towards women and the protection of their human rights.
To achieve these tasks, the Jordanian National Committee for Women's Affairs established an office to receive women's complaints; Specialized in cases of violence and discrimination against women in Jordan, whether at the level of the family, work or in public life.

- Psychological services: psychological counseling and psychotherapy

- Economic empowerment: providing aid, providing loans, providing grants to establish projects, providing scholarships, providing job opportunities and training opportunities
- Health services: medical advice and guidance, medical treatment, provision of a health secretary, issuance of certified medical reports, and reproductive health services
