The case journey varies in the Family Protection and Juvenile Department depending on the specificity of the case. You may need to go through all stages, ranging from reporting and filing a complaint to the start of a criminal investigation, Collecting evidence, arresting, completing the criminal case file, and making a settlement in the stipulated cases - or requesting social, health and psychological follow-up, taking administrative measures and providing protection based on a judicial order and providing accommodation services through service delivery partners.
