The Society opened the Educational Center on November 1, 1993 AD. It is a (Ahli) center that provides many training services for mentally disabled persons with special needs who did not meet the admission requirements for schools affiliated with the Ministry of Education or the Supreme Education Council. The center accepts people with severe and moderate mental disabilities and those with multiple disabilities, and the association has established the educational center after careful study and development of appropriate training and treatment programs that are commensurate with the nature of persons with disabilities.

Services Offered

Objectives and tasks of the educational center: - Achieving an appropriate degree of personal and social adjustment to the situation according to his abilities and capabilities. - Accepting those with critical needs for training and rehabilitation. And work to give them independent behaviors and behaviors. - Providing integrated care and services for the mentally, educational, social and family handicapped. - Training the child to express himself and develop his hobbies and abilities through sports, artistic, musical and recreational activities. - Training on (independent skills) and self-care, as well as training on hygiene and order. - Training on (sensory and motor behavior) so that the disabled can master the process of compatibility between the muscular and sensory systems according to his abilities and capabilities. - Training on (social behavior) and how to behave in different social situations. - Training some cases of those who are able to teach on some (simple academic skills) that are commensurate with their abilities, such as training in writing, reading, and arithmetic operations. - Training on good emotional compatibility in different situations, such as (preserving his tools and the property of others, respecting the laws, and self-control).
